Michael Jacksons chef on doctor, death

Michael Jackson

A new witness on the case surrounding Michael Jackson’s death has emerged. On the day that the King of Pop passed away, his personal chef says her first idea of something that had gone wrong was when Jackson’s doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, didn’t come downstairs to get the juices and granola he always brought the music icon for breakfast each morning. Paris Hilton: Michael Jacksons daughter named after me

Paris Hilton: MJ's daughter named after me

Divergent from how she is portrayed by the media, Paris Hilton recently claimed that she’s not stupid or slutty. Oh, and that Michael Jackson named his daughter after her.

She insisted that the “Paris Hilton” character we all see in the TV, news, and movies is just a money-making invention. While promoting her new MTV documenary, “Paris, Not France”, she added:

“In a way it’s good, but I also don’t want people thinking of me as this blond heiress…airhead. But that is kind of my brand. I make a lot of money by doing that.”

Surprisingly, the MTV documentary “Paris, Not France” will contain the infamous “One Night in Paris” sex tape she made with then-boyfriend Rick Salomon. Even her mother could not believe that the sex tape will be a part of the documentary.

Paris Hilton admits that the “Paris Hilton character” and her own image will forever be tainted by the “One Night in Paris” sex video, saying:

“I always looked up to Princess Diana and all these women, and now I could never be like that. I want to have a family. I want to be normal. I want to be happy.”

After going on the record to say that she’s not stupid, Paris then claims that her mother and Michael Jackson were the best of friends and that The King of Pop named his daughter after her, contrary to prior reports that Michael’s daughter’s name is such because she was born in Paris, France.

Katherine Jackson wants Michael Jackson’s estate

Katherine Jackson wants Michael Jacksons estate

Katherine and Michael Jackson

With all the news about Michael Jackson’s brothers’ concert as the Jackson 4 and the King of Pop’s child custody hearings, Katherine Jackson has still not forgotten about the issue of who the executor of Michael Jackson’s estate will be.

The issue will be hard to contest though. According to legal documents filed by Katherine Jackson‘s attorneys, Michael Jackson’s trust included a tight “no-contest clause” as a way of dissuading any of his heirs from arguing over his estate. If a beneficiary attempts to challenge these terms in court, the clause stipulates that the heir will completely disinherit their share of his estate.

Unfortunately, the Jackson family remains torn – not to mention puzzled – over the icon’s appointment of John McClain and John Branca as estate executors, leading Katherine to determine from the court if her potential objection would result in violation of her son’s trust, which would lead to complete dissolution of inheritance, in any, printed to her name.

As of this writing, a decision has yet to be reached by the court. The hearing to discuss the matter is set to take place on August 3.

Who do you think deserves the inheritance of Jackson’s estate?

Jackson 4 Reunion Tour in the Works

The Jackson 5

Michael Jackson’s death left a huge void in the music world. His brothers may be trying to fill at least one of them with the rebirth of the Jackson….four.

After hearing news about merchandise on sale from Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” concert, here comes another blockbuster. Looks like the King of Pop‘s passing may ignite a mini-reunion tour for the surviving members of the Jackson 5.

Jacksons Tito, Randy, Marlon and Jermaine are reportedly in talks with concert promoters AEG – the same promoters for Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” concert – to perform at the O2 Arena in London. This would be the same venue where Michael Jackson was set to stage his comeback with 50 shows, before he died just last June 25.

While AEG has yet to comment on the huge development, it would appear that any show by the brothers or the “Jackson 4″ would not be a one-off: They are reportedly negotiating for several dates at the U.K. venue, just like Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” concert.

Would you go to the Jackson 4 concerts?

Debbie Rowe wants Michael Jackson’s kids, not his money

Tags: , , ,

15 July 2009

Contrary to prior reports about child and estate custody, Debbie Rowe will fight for custody of Paris and Michael Jr., the children born during her marriage to Michael Jackson. According to the Rowe’s lengthy interview with NBC 4, she was quoted emphatically saying,

“I want my children.”

Moreover, Debbie Rowe has also stated that she will get a restraining order to keep Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children. And again contrary to prior reports about the children’s biological parents, Rowe has stated that she is the biological mother of Paris and Michael Jr. and says she’ll undergo a DNA test to prove it.

Debbie Rowe wants Michael Jacksons kids, not his money

Debbie Rowe wants the children of Michael Jackson.

And the war does not stop there. Debbie Rowe’s lawyer, Eric George, wrote a letter to the New York Post to demand a retraction of its previous article that Rowe has accepted $4 million to lay off the custody battle for Michael Jackson’s two eldest kids.

In one of his heated statements, George wrote down,

“Among the several contenders for overzealous and inaccurate sensationalism, the New York Post has now seized top honors.”

As Ms. Rowe continues to deny accepting money for laying off the custody battle and her biological link to the Paris and Michael Jr. is still iffy, who do you think should take care of these two kids?

The King of Pop may be gone, but his legacy will remain in all of music history.

And so will his T-shirts.

Merchandise set to be released at Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” concert tour, which was scheduled to begin Monday in London, will be made available online and at retailers all over the United States.

Among the items that are set to go on sale over the internet or your local retailer are T-shirts, belt buckles, caps, sunglasses and mugs. Even a varsity jacket modeled after the one Michael Jackson wore in the classic “Thriller” music video will also be available.

Michael Jackson, meticulous as he is, held these items in very high regard, and helped design them himself. Peter LoFrumento, a spokesman for the merchandising company, Bravado, confirmed this himself, saying,

“Michael was very adamant about not just doing T-shirts and posters and key chains. He wanted to do something special and make it really innovative and different, things that were functional and fun and that his fans would like.”
