The King of Pop may be gone, but his legacy will remain in all of music history.
And so will his T-shirts.
Merchandise set to be released at Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” concert tour, which was scheduled to begin Monday in London, will be made available online and at retailers all over the United States.
Among the items that are set to go on sale over the internet or your local retailer are T-shirts, belt buckles, caps, sunglasses and mugs. Even a varsity jacket modeled after the one Michael Jackson wore in the classic “Thriller” music video will also be available.
Michael Jackson, meticulous as he is, held these items in very high regard, and helped design them himself. Peter LoFrumento, a spokesman for the merchandising company, Bravado, confirmed this himself, saying,
“Michael was very adamant about not just doing T-shirts and posters and key chains. He wanted to do something special and make it really innovative and different, things that were functional and fun and that his fans would like.”

Michael Jackson Commemorative T-Shirts
Michael Jackson died suddenly last June 25 in Los Angeles while preparing for “This Is It,” the 50-date concert tour that was said to be his last. Fans from all over the world have flocked to pay their last respects at the Michael Jackson Memorial Service held in Los Angeles, where they also saw, for the first time, the faces of his children.
As we await the final selling details of these items, here are samples of tribute T-shirts manufactured by Michael Jackson fans. How much are you willing to pay for the last Michael Jackson merchandise?
