Transformers Director Michael Bay announced a third “Transformers” movie set to hit theaters on July 1, 2011, not 2012. Bay announced Transformers 3 on his website and clarified the year earlier release, contrary to previous rumors.

The Transfomers 3 announcement by Michael Bay stretched further into his war of words with Transfomers star, Megan Fox. Fox and Bay have been going at it even during the premiere of Transformers 2.

This time around, Michael Bay ordered Megan Fox to consult a doctor first before joining the Transformers 3 crew. Bay stated on his blog:

“Megan Fox, welcome back. I promise no alien robots will harm you in any way during the production of this motion picture. Please consult your Physician when working under my direction because some side effects can occur, such as mild dizziness, intense nausea, suicidal tendencies, depression, minor chest hair growth, random internal hemorrhaging and inability to sleep. As some directors may be hazardous to your health, please consult your Doctor to determine if this is right for you.”

Fox started the war with Bay when she first responded about working with the Transformers director:

“…working with Michael Bay is not about an acting experience.”

The sexy Megan Fox also compared Bay to “Napoleon” and added that she and co-star Shia LaBeouf:

“almost die when we make a ‘Transformers’ movie… He has you do some really insane things that insurance would never let you do.”
