Katherine Jackson wants Michael Jacksons estate

Katherine and Michael Jackson

With all the news about Michael Jackson’s brothers’ concert as the Jackson 4 and the King of Pop’s child custody hearings, Katherine Jackson has still not forgotten about the issue of who the executor of Michael Jackson’s estate will be.

The issue will be hard to contest though. According to legal documents filed by Katherine Jackson‘s attorneys, Michael Jackson’s trust included a tight “no-contest clause” as a way of dissuading any of his heirs from arguing over his estate. If a beneficiary attempts to challenge these terms in court, the clause stipulates that the heir will completely disinherit their share of his estate.

Unfortunately, the Jackson family remains torn – not to mention puzzled – over the icon’s appointment of John McClain and John Branca as estate executors, leading Katherine to determine from the court if her potential objection would result in violation of her son’s trust, which would lead to complete dissolution of inheritance, in any, printed to her name.

As of this writing, a decision has yet to be reached by the court. The hearing to discuss the matter is set to take place on August 3.

Who do you think deserves the inheritance of Jackson’s estate?

Debbie Rowe wants Michael Jackson’s kids, not his money

Tags: , , ,

15 July 2009

Contrary to prior reports about child and estate custody, Debbie Rowe will fight for custody of Paris and Michael Jr., the children born during her marriage to Michael Jackson. According to the Rowe’s lengthy interview with NBC 4, she was quoted emphatically saying,

“I want my children.”

Moreover, Debbie Rowe has also stated that she will get a restraining order to keep Michael Jackson’s father, Joe Jackson, away from the children. And again contrary to prior reports about the children’s biological parents, Rowe has stated that she is the biological mother of Paris and Michael Jr. and says she’ll undergo a DNA test to prove it.

Debbie Rowe wants Michael Jacksons kids, not his money

Debbie Rowe wants the children of Michael Jackson.

And the war does not stop there. Debbie Rowe’s lawyer, Eric George, wrote a letter to the New York Post to demand a retraction of its previous article that Rowe has accepted $4 million to lay off the custody battle for Michael Jackson’s two eldest kids.

In one of his heated statements, George wrote down,

“Among the several contenders for overzealous and inaccurate sensationalism, the New York Post has now seized top honors.”

As Ms. Rowe continues to deny accepting money for laying off the custody battle and her biological link to the Paris and Michael Jr. is still iffy, who do you think should take care of these two kids?

The King of Pop may be gone, but his legacy will remain in all of music history.

And so will his T-shirts.

Merchandise set to be released at Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” concert tour, which was scheduled to begin Monday in London, will be made available online and at retailers all over the United States.

Among the items that are set to go on sale over the internet or your local retailer are T-shirts, belt buckles, caps, sunglasses and mugs. Even a varsity jacket modeled after the one Michael Jackson wore in the classic “Thriller” music video will also be available.

Michael Jackson, meticulous as he is, held these items in very high regard, and helped design them himself. Peter LoFrumento, a spokesman for the merchandising company, Bravado, confirmed this himself, saying,

“Michael was very adamant about not just doing T-shirts and posters and key chains. He wanted to do something special and make it really innovative and different, things that were functional and fun and that his fans would like.”

Gatti dead, wife accused by police

Arturo Gatti

The Arturo Gatti case now has a suspect. Brazilian authorities just recently detained the wife of former boxing champion Arturo Gatti and formally accused her Sunday of killing him at a posh seaside tourist resort in Brazil.

In their formal reports, the authorities stated that Amanda Rodrigues, 23, was taken into custody after startling contradictions in their interrogation of the young woman. They then presented a formal accusation against her. In the near future, prosecutors will decide whether she will be formally charged.

Rodrigues has denied any involvement in Arturo Gatti’s death. In fact, she claims to have been the first to find Gatti’s body early Saturday. This all took place in Brazil, where they were renting a vacation apartment at the Porto de Galinhas resort and had been set to spend their vacation there for one month.

Police have surmised that Arturo Gatti, a former junior welterweight champion, was strangled to death with the strap of a bloodied purse. Apart from this, Milena Saraiva, a spokeswoman for the Pernambuco state civil police, stated that the Canadian was also diagnosed with a head injury.

Rodrigues told the police that he and Gatti fought after dinner that Friday night. It went so extreme that he even pushed her to the ground at the time which gave her minor injuries to her elbow and chin. She also added that Gatti was drunk (which witnesses confirmed) and that someone else likely killed the boxer after he went to the apartment by himself. What the police cannot understand, however, is how Rodrigues had not noticed for nearly 10 hours that Gatti was already dead.

It was not a secret that Arturo Gatti and his wife Amanda Rodrigues were not getting along as a married couple. Acelino “Popo” Freitas, a four-time world champion Brazilian boxer and a close friend of the couple “knew they were having some sort of problem and were about to separate.”

Due to the incident and allegations to Rodriguez, the couple’s 1-year-old son, who fortunately was not harmed, was handed over to Rodrigues’ sister first.

Finishing a stellar career with a record of 40-9 with 31 knockouts, the 37-year-old Gatti reached superstardom through his classic trilogy with Micky Ward. Gatti grew to be a fan favorite, with his courageous style, relentless punching, and sturdy chin.

To remember a great boxer in Arturo Gatti: From all his epic fights, which is your favorite and why?

Investigative reports have just revealed that Michael Jackson is not the biological father of his children! To repeat, MICHAEL JACKSON IS NOT THE REAL FATHER!

Moreover, it has been revealed that even Debbie Rowe is not the real biological mother as well. She was only a surrogate to the children who were born via in-vitro fertilization. A sperm donor and an egg donor were necessary to conceive both Prince Michael, 12, and Paris, 11.

The sperm donor has been identified. Reports say that Arnold Klein, Michael Jackson’s dermatologist and Debbie Rowe‘s fomer boss, is the biological father of Prince Michael and Paris Jackson and that both Klein and Rowe signed an agreement to never reveal this. Arnold Klein has not yet commented on the matter.

The egg donor? Unfortunately, not yet. The two children’s biological mother has not yet been determined as of this writing. Moreover, Both of Blankeet’s biological parents have not yet been determined as well.

The controversy never ceases to follow the King of Pop. What are your thoughts on the real biological parents of Michael Jackson’s children?
