At easily the hardest time of their lives, Michael Jackson’s three young children have been exposed to he public. This after a lifetime of a covering of anonymity from the whole world.
It was Tuesday night when, together with thousands of people at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, 12-year-old Michael Joseph Jr., known as Prince Michael; 11-year-old Paris-Michael; and 7-year-old Prince Michael II, known as Blanket, attended Michael Jackson’s memorial service.
At the King of Pop’s memorial service, the kids wept and saddened the whole world. Prince chewed gum and toted the memorial service program. Paris turned a small patent-leather purse over in her hands. And lastly, Blanket held his program and clutched a Michael Jackson doll. Towards the end, Paris even climbed up the podium and talked to the crowd in sorrow, fighting back tears in the ceremony’s climax, saying, “Ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine. And I just wanted to say I love him so much.”
Posted here is a rare picture of the exposed faces of Michael Jackson’s kids. Though climactic, some criticized letting Paris climb up the podium to address the crowd. The psychological effects of this incident could be detrimental to the child. What do you think?
