Lindsay Lohan celebated her 23rd bithday by holding a pool party in the Wet Republic Pool in Las Vegas just last Saturday. Lohan, the former child star, is struggling to be a part of big movies these days because of her erratic and reprehensible behavior. Apart from always being late, sometimes she would check in drunk and tired from partying all night.
