DJ AM was found dead with six prescription pills in his stomach and one in his throat when police found him dead in his New York apartment.

The one pill in his throat was the painkiller OxyContin. There is no word yet on the kind of pills and the level of dosage each pill in DJ AM’s stomach contained.
